1 1/2 oz A?ejo rum , 1/2 oz Dubonnet Blanc , 1 tsp Dry Vermouth , 1 twist of Lemon peel

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Dubonnet, and vermoth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
