Ingredients:
50 ml Bailey'sĀ® Irish cream
5 tbsp milk
25 ml BacardiĀ® gold rum
8 tbsp coffee ice cream

Place the ice cream in a blender and add the Bailey's, milk and rum. Top with ice, and blend well. Pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.
